Specifically, Pandemictickets.com Inc: "Special Tour in May, Discover Thailand for 50 Customers with Discount 30%. It’s limited seating! Hurry up.", "Pandemictickets.com is an Online Travel Agency located in Portland, OR we are an ASTA Member #900304637 & We are selling Flights & Hotels online with the best routes at the cheapest prices.", and "All Refunds are subject to the Fare Rules mentioned in your booking and Refunds usually take about 15 Business Days to process".
Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Despite an advertiser's best efforts to ascertain competitive prices, the rapidity with which prices fluctuate and the difficulty of determining prices of all sellers always preclude an absolute knowledge of the truth of unqualified underselling/lowest price claims.
A formal written request to substantiate these claims was emailed and mailed to Pandemictickets.com Inc. on December 14, 2021.
