Pattern of Complaints
On November 6, 2017, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding advertising, delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege after agreeing to sponsor a local high school team through advertising on a team related piece of collateral, they find the high school has never agreed to the advertising, the advertising does not benefit the high school sports program and they cannot find proof the advertising was produced or distributed. In addition, the consumer is sent an invoice and is charged each year for the advertising. Some consumers allege they are charged annually without their permission. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests to cancel.
On November 6, 2017, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.

Business Bureau recently received a pattern of complaints from consumers
concerning billing issues. Consumers allege Sports Media sends what appears to
be an invoice for services, however consumers claim they have not signed up for
these services. These complaints are pending as Better Business Bureau is
waiting for the company’s response.
