Refund and Exchange Policy
In the event that we are not able to get your vehicle(s) assigned to acarrier within the time frame allotted by the particular transportprogram chosen by the client, you have the option of keeping your orderin an active status, and Easy Auto Ship, LLC. will continue to makeevery effort to complete its obligations. The client also has the rightof cancellation with no monies owed to Easy Auto Ship, LLC. However, Ifyou cancel before your first available pick-up date, or withindesignated pick-up window for the program chosen, a $75.00 dollar“cancellation/administrative” fee will be applied to the credit card onfile, no other monies will be owed, and the order will be canceled. Oncea carrier has been assigned for the pick-up and transport of thevehicle, at the agreed upon price between client and carrier, theclient’s card will then be charged the agreed upon deposit for theprogram chosen by the client. If the client is determined to be“double-booked”, and posted on Central Dispatch with a company otherthan Easy Auto Ship, LLC., then the client must have the other postingremoved, and the pick-up window will re-initiate; or Easy Auto Ship,LLC. has the right to cancel the order and charge the card on file a$150.00 double-booking fee.  IF YOUR VEHICLE(S) HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED, A REFUNDWILL BE VOIDED IN THE AMOUNT OF SAID DEPOSIT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS ANDPUT TOWARDS REIMBURSEMENT OF ASSIGNED CARRIER  DUE TO DRY RUN FEES ANDADMINISTRATIVE FEES. The refund process may take 10-14 business days before it is resolved and refunded back to the same credit/debit card charged. If a Dispute or Chargeback is done before the refund takes place the Dispute / Chargeback will void any refund request and the Dispute process may hold funds for 90 business days. We ask that you follow the company policies during a refund request to avoid delays.
