    I have been a customer for 7+ years and through that time I have had changes in residences and upgrades to systems. Surety ALWAYS has the answers to my questions and I am up and running in no time. I couldn't recommend them more. (I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review.) I know it is hard sometimes to trust on-line companies and reviews. All I can say is Surety has protected my homes for seven years and has been there for all my needs.

    We purchased a D. R. Horton Builder smart home and the security system commitment expired after 3 years. We were satisfied with our system without alarm monitoring but the dealer insisted on a 3 year contract with a considerable monthly outlay for us to continue using the system. The dealer released our panel and we went with Surety. We are totally satisfied with Surety and the support is outstanding!
