Classic Labrador's business practices led to a BBB alert on online purchases called BBB Serving Central Ohio Warns Consumers Against These Online Retailers

On May 12, 2017, BBB received a complaint from a consumer who alleges she purchased a puppy from this company and it was to be delivered via air shipment. The puppies were never delivered and continued to be advertised for sale until the website became inactive.

In researching the business phone number BBB found it to be used for the sale of cattle, goats, and monkeys as well as dogs. BBB called the number, a woman answered and hung up when BBB staff identified themselves. The website http://Classiclabrador.com is inactive. 

BBB confirmed Classic Labrador is not a registered business in Ohio. In addition, BBB has not been able to locate any valid contact information for the business. BBB found the website, http://Classiclabrador.com was registered on February 17, 2017 and is registered to a website registration company in Panama.
