"Kevin's Tree service were paid in full when I was assured, they will be back to remove the tree stump. They cut the fallen blue spruce and removed tree of the premises on March 14 but never come back to finish the job as was on their proposal and the assurance that they will be back to finish the job after repairing their stump grinder." ...
