Cancellation of Eyeglasses after payment has been made and lenses have been ordered are subject to a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee.
Prescriptions written by Dr. Ringel which are felt to be in error: An office visit to recheck the prescription and new lenses will be provided at no charge within 60 days of order. After 60 days usual fee will apply for a brief exam.
Prescription written by other doctors filled at Dr. Ringel's office: Eyeglass lenses will be remade one time at no charge if the prescribing doctor provides a new prescription within 60 days of order. Changes after 60 days or first remake will be charged usual lens price.
Progressive lens non-adapt: If a patient is unable to adapt to a progressive lens style, lenses will be remade 1 time within 60 days of order into new lens style at no charge. The difference in cost is not refundable.
