      How does this company have a A+ rating??? The truck drove past my recycle bin and didn't stop. They say I have to wait until next pickup. That makes a month of no pickup. I think I'll just take it to them since they refuse to come get it. Terrible service!

      I have dealt with Todd ***** a driver in a business situation where he did not get their way in trying to defraud an insurance company, with continued lies about payment and then cancel a contract with me because I fired his friend who is a habitual heroin junkie I’m not saying mr ***** in a heroin addict, But I am saying he’s a very dishonest person he continually lied about our situation and then had the nerve to file a bad review towards my company if this is the best that Kimble has

      Stay clear of the Kimble Company trash service. They treat you like trash! When you finally get sick of their service and your trash all over your yard for days, they will simply raise your rates and not answer the phone.
      The best part is that they will keep billing you till the end of time, even though you paid till end of service.
      Anyone is better!

      I'd give them 0 stars if it would let me. This company bought out our existing trash service, they then started picking up anytime they wanted throughout the day, one week it would b 4pm which was the normal time it had been but the the following week it was 4am then 3pmthen 5am then 2pm. Point is the last 2 weeks they were here at 6am, only half customers had garbage out we were not one of them, so I had to chase them in my underwear down the street the first week I didn't catch em second week guy tried to keep on driving said he didn't see me walking in front of his truck in my underwear swinging a bag of garbage in the air to get their attention. Only caught up to him because I chased him a block n half down the road to their next customers, in my underwear. With that aside, Tuesday is our normal pick up, well this week there's a holiday right? They were out picking up garbage on Monday,the holiday, but now our Tuesday pickup is pushed back til tomorrow, because of holiday they said. Well today is not a holiday, they were picking up on the holiday, now the whole neighborhoods garbage is out and we have elderly people mostly in the neighborhood, so if those strays tear open the garbage it's up to us to pick it up they say. All this with no notification of any type had to go and look it up, because they weren't here to get garbage, I wanted to find out what the deal was. I think they bit off more than they can chew, and now we the customers are supposed to make up for their short comings? I'm pretty sure I pay them to provide an adequate service and by no means are they providing that service, and everyone in my neighborhood feels the same way, it's not just us either, cause according to the driver that I chased down last week they've lost a ton of customers already since buying the other company, most of which now have to burn trash because there is no other trash service available in area, cause guess what they bought the out, how is this fair to customers?

      Only had them since April , it's now end July. I have 2 yard dumpster at my house. In that time has missed pick up 3 times. Pick up is every 2 weeks. No call from them. When I call them. They won't give me a supervisor number. My "rep" never answers call. Or never once returned my voicemails even after calling 10 plus times. I did not have any trash pick up for the whole month of June. Now I just received a bill for June and now I'm back in the loop of can't get it resolved. You call they say they can't only my rep. Never answers , never return call. No one will help me , no one will transfer me to a supervisor. No will give me supervisor number. I keep getting excuse that's your reps job or that's operations side. So here I am once again. I am just blown away of this loop they trap you in and there isn't anyone to help you out of it. If I didn't need the dumpster I would of been gone in June.

      I was using their roll-off service. We went through the motions, signed the rolloff agreement, I paid the 456.00 for it. Roll off did not arrive on the day it was supposed to, No big deal. I just said "eh stuff happens, I'll wait till tomorrow". Next day, still no dumpster. I call, they can't find my roll off agreement, they're lost on what happened. They figure out they messed up and had multiple customer profiles on me, They send me a new rolloff. I worked with 3 different people that day and told them I'd already been charged before they sent me the new rolloff agreement. They send it, I sign it, They charge me again. Takes me sending proof I was charged the first time for them to believe me. Takes multiple hours for them to email me telling me I will get a refund but it can take up to 10 days. What a joke. No effort to make the situation right after over-drafting me or anything. I'll be telling everyone I can about my experience and will be dropping Kimble as my residential trash provider.
