I’m a new customer who has called several times about service that began June 1 because of no trash can provided by your company. Each time I get the same response….it will be delivered by end of the week. I’ve gotten this response several times.
Now it has been over six weeks and every week I’m picking up trash in my yard because of animals getting into my bags because I have no trash can from Kimble. I purchased my own small plastic container but it was thrown into your trucks and disposed of!
Kimble states that “our customers will receive dependable, efficient …..services” and we are proud of our “guaranteed service” but I have not seen that. As a matter of fact there has only been one week that trash was picked up on the scheduled day, all others have been late.
Your customer service rep still states it will be only two weeks for a can delivery when I inquired just yesterday about new services. Why are you still stating this? Your scripts need updated.
I asked to speak with a supervisor but none available even if I wait on the call. I did have one call me back but same response. Must be written in your script….will be delivered by end of the week.
I’d cancel but told I won’t get a refund. Deplorable service, dishonest customer service responses, and as stated in other reviews… That's theft, keeping money for services NOT rendered. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a joke.Kimble Company

Due to driver shortages all deliveries have been delayed significantly. We are continuing to hire and train drivers so that we can complete the deliveries and removals in a timely fashion. Started service last year, missed several pick ups. Tried to cancel service, they kept me on the books for 3 extra months and then tried to send me to collections when I refused to pay it.
I would rather transport my trash myself than EVER give a penny to these cheating and intellectually deficient persons. And I've proven this for the last 6 months since Kimble has a soft monopoly in this area.Kimble Company

Thank you for the information. After a review of your account Kimble was not notified of any missed services throughout the service period billed for. Kimble was not notified until February 3, 2023, that you were wanting to cancel service. Several attempts have been done to get the Kimble cart back without success since February. If we are able to get our cart returned we will close the account currently with a balance due. Please contact Kimble Customer Service at **************, Ext **** for arrangements. They have failed to collect my recycling and trash the past two weeks. Yesterday they entered the front of my property and grabbed my recycling can an dumped it. But the trash so far no pickup yet on promises the matters would be resolved. They claim upon services to be rendered that local harassment and intimidation from some people or organization to their workers are occurring. But they have failed to justify why they let it go on. Kimbles said that they would contact local city and police if necessary if problem continues. I can’t get a meaningful response from Kimbles customer service representatives on what’s going on and how they intend to resolve the matter. The prognosis for next week or weeks trash and recycling pickups are very bleak. Seems possible the intimidation or bullying towards their employees might indirect aiming services to be stopped to my property for myself The situation might be aimed towards myself or Kimbles due to the warmer temperatures or economic matters of the initiated , or drug abuse. Maybe even localized crime family type matters that are enforcing their failed service for example ******, ****** or *******? I have contacted the Ohio Attorney general , BCI crime victims unit and another legal authority due to the history of occurring events at my property. Such as a vehicle of mine was illegally repossessed at one time and it’s illegal financial institutions and housing issues that required me to pay a third mortgage insurance since fall 2006 to *** **** ********* by demands of ********** ****** ****** ***** court and ****** ****** lenders. Matters in recent years have caused my leaving ****** ****** banking in 2021 and being transferred to ********** ******* **** ******* ********** *** Although, ****** ****** banking subsidiary *** mortgage my mortgage service has assisted myself on my home mortgage and monthly payment reductions very positively. Thank you, ****, for contacting us. With regard to the service issue, it looks as though this was a onetime occurrence on have your trash/recycling missed. The driver that day did not know you were placing the trash / recycling in the alley. We were able to send someone back out as soon as possible to rectify the situation. We have since updated the information for the driver and it looks like the problem was solved as we serviced you on your regular scheduled day, August 8th at 10:15a. for the trash and August 8th at 3:30p for the recycle. I was a customer for over 10 years with Kimble. lately they have been late picking up trash. today I received a bill with price going from $76.35 to $83.25 (9% increase, plus $4 for "box". I call and they said back on March 8 (over three months ago) they picked 5 boxes (mostly trash because Kimble being late picking up).
When I call the operator indicated that he sees an increase in service (without notifying the customer ahead of time) and the 5 box pickup. I told him that I pay for full service which as it was explained I can have more items picked up and for a long time I did. I had several grass bags before for no additional charges.
I operator was not going to help and basically saying get over it. for all that read this the company makes a lot of money and I don't feel that they treat their employees or customers right.
I would like them to take the $4 off and nor charge the extra $6.9.Kimble Company

Do not use Kimble!!! They switched my trash day from Wednesday to Friday to “better serve the customers”. Better local economy and healthy environment it states on your recording (I’ve been on hold for over 25 minutes). That is truly not the case! Our trash has been sitting out since last Saturday morning bc of the holiday. We received a call stating it would be picked up the next day. It’s currently Monday afternoon and all trash cans on my street are still out. Littering our streets as raccoons have been digging in them. Buyer beware! Spend the extra money to go somewhere else because clearly environment and safety is not an issue with Kimble. Never again.Kimble Company

Over a month ago I received a message that they were moving my pick up date from Wednesday to Friday. Over the last 5 weeks I have received a message every Friday stating they are short handed and unable to pick up and to leave out for possible pick up the next day if they could. As a business owner I understand the challenges with labor. I was curious why other companies pickup schedule in the neighborhood were without delays so I looked around. I could be looking at incorrect data but it does appear they pay less and this could be the cause of the staffing issue with Kimble. I called today to cancel my service to find another. AGAIN AS A BUSINESS OWNER.... I was SHOCKED that the customer service representative did NOT even ask WHY I was cancelling. TERRIBLE business practices and glad I decided to cancel.Review fromMike M

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. The only thing they are consistent with is delays on their service pick up. They don't have trouble taking the money on time and will charge you if you don't pay on time, but yet they can not pick up on time and expect you just live with it I spoke to many representatives and every single one said "there is nothing I can do". The customer service with the employees was bar none the worst I have EVER dealt with. Best of all when I asked to speak with supervisor, the supervisor (KAELEEN) SHE WAS WORSE YET .... I wish those recorded lines were used to train there employees to talk with customers not used to defend them of there wrong doings. Kimble needs to improve DRASTICALLY, lastly how in God's green earth can they have an A+ rating but have a 1.1 star out of 5 rating ???? BBB explain please !!!!!Review fromMichele R

I would prefer to give no stars. Week after week trash pick up is delayed. I would care less if week after week my trash wasn't left after everyone else has had theirs picked up. He would lie and say my trash wasn't out but he never drove by my house. My neighbors are smarter and don't use Kimble. Later, watched the guy pull up in front of my house but not pick up trash after I had called in multiple complaints. Here I am, now 6 out of 8 weeks with my trash left behind. Wanted to cancel early but was told they would not return my money. That's theft, keeping money for services NOT rendered. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a joke.Kimble Company

It’s absolutely appalling that week after week our trash pick up is delayed and when we canceled service we end up losing monies paid for the quarter. This is a complete ripoff by a company that cannot maintain a service that we paid for. Then to top that it takes you 4-6 weeks to pick up your can.. My family and I have had Kimble for the last 3-4 years. For the last year and a half, they have thrown the cans in my yard, have broken two lids off, and kicked one to the middle of my yard. For the first year, they were good. Until a year and a half ago. I looked today and everyone else on my street that have Kimble, their trash cans are in perfectly good shape and not thrown around. The mistreatment is specifically MY house. This is absolutely ridiculous. And their customer service is horrible when you try to call. I'd give this company no stars if possible.Kimble Company
