          BBB has received consumer information that this business has failed to abide by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. According to one consumer, friends and relatives were solicited for the money even though the collection agency had spoken with her and had her contact information. BBB verified through Google Maps that the address they are using on W Fifth Ave in Columbus, Ohio is that of the UPS Store, a mail receiving and forwarding service. The actual physical location of the business appears to be in Colorado.
