    To begin, I have been using rapid response for many years. We had an issue with one of our cards that was on file. It was supposed to come out of the 1st of october, and we were not able to take care of it until just today. Not intentional by any means. We've had a lot going on in our personal life. Rapid response took it on themselves to send written letters to every one of my customers letting them know that they're monitoring would be canceled on the 30th of October. Understand I wasn't 30 days past due, I wasn't in collections. None of that took place just an issue with our card that was on file. They sent a letter to every one of my customers, I had to contact each one individually and let them know what the situation was. Not only that, I asked rapid response if they would be kind enough to send out a letter stating that everything was okay. They said that it was going to be my responsibility to do that. Rapid response does nothing except respond to the alarms and send out the police. They've never sent any information out to my customers in a good manner, they simply did this as a pulley to get 300 whole dollars. Which I was going to pay anyways. If you are a new company I would go with someone else. Only because of this horrible experience with the way that they treated my customers.
