      Had roof replaced in 2017, lifetime, transferrable guarantee. I know there were problems because there was a slight sag in the middle of the roof, barely noticeable. When pointing out to contractors they said it was fine. My roof shingles are now buckling where I pointed out the problem and also buckling on the other side of the roof where I hadn't noticed problems.
      My roof is now leaking horribly exactly where I pointed out the problem when I first had the work done.

      You put windows in my house. 36,995.00 dollars worth. Signed contract 12/16/20. We trusted you. Went local to support local business. Chad who inspected the job said he would have to come back and “fix”a few things. I called this Chad guy several times never got back to us. Covid hit. Still no call back. Husband got sick. Died two months ago. I started to call again. Spoke to Kevin who said quit when Covid hit. He would make some phone calls. Never got any calls. Every screen in the house is screwed up. Called Hugh no call back. Are you even in business anymore? You need to get back here and fix these screens. I will continue to try calling you. Very disappointed.
