    They stole $8k of our money when we paid off our debt early. They come up with excuse after excuse and now their phone number doesnt work. ************

    Used them to pay off my credit cards. I've paid them thousands and they never paid off one single card. And now I'm being sued by the credit card companies. They killed my credit or what was left of it. And now i have to hire a lawyer. Yiu can NOT get in touch with them. I've called multiple times and emailed them over 10 times in 3 months. Nothing!

    I'm afraid this is a scam and this Versara group has been withdraw money from my account since 10/2023. I have been trying to log into their portal to download my statements but it keeps giving me an error message that my log in information is incorrect then after I clicked on the 'forgot password' it tells me that there are some technical issues and I need to wait 30 minutes but then I do and then it gives me the same message- I have tried to call their customer service phone number and it doesn't even ring.I tried to email them, and no one returns my emails either, it is so frustrating. Now I feel like I have been scammed!!

    If I could go less than 1 start I would. I have a loan through Versara. I have recently inquired about paying this loan off in its entirety. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls. The phone calls go directly to an answering service stating they cannot help me at this time. Every single email has gone unanswered. I have been ghosted with every avenue I have taken to try and contact them. It's like they got the loan and that's it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and beyond frustrating. I want to pay my loan off. You would think they would be more than happy to answer me and take my money.

    Horrible horrible horrible. You call no answer. You try to pay online unable to pay. You ask them about there website and why it dont work ya get ohh were working on it. Wish someone would shut this company down

    Versara Lending is a disgrace and I do not recommend anyone to go with them, I refinanced my home to pay off the loan that I have with them, I have tried calling and emailing them with no response, to resolve this issue. I am extremely frustrated and I am not sure what else to do. I have been dealing with this since 4/23/24. They are still trying to debit my account every two weeks. They do not deserve any stars!!!!!

    This company after a years times taking my payments on time then now there's a problem. I have tried for 2 days to call then for customer support and after starting 13 in line and 1:30 hours on hold nothing. They don't reply to emails at all I wish I had NEVER signed up with them now. I should of fou d a better company to go with.

    They will not allow me to pay off my loan. They dont answer the phone or return calls. Their portal will not allow me to pay additional payments or to pay off my loan.

    If you need management to resolve anything, then expect a long wait. I've been waiting since 12/21/2023 for Management to fix an issue or even give me a direct response. I call every 2 weeks and get the same response from support... that my situation has been escalated to management and it should be resolved within a few weeks. Today is 72 days and no resolution, no response.
