Unless our certified technicians deem the part(s) to be defective upon our installation, we can no longer accept returns on parts that have already been used, damaged or have been installed by all others, aside from certified installers and technicians. We will exchange all unopened, unused and undamaged parts that were purchased by mistake, but only in exchange for the correct part(s).
