Customer Complaint
In June of 2023, BBB started receiving complaints primarily pertaining to long delays in receiving pet cremation services they paid nearly $400 for. Complainants claim the responses received from the business consisted of "cremation machine went down", "refrigeration is out", and "our urn manufacturer is experiencing shipping delays". In August of 2023, BBB started to receive an uptick of complaints indicating that their pets still have not been received and consumers believe that the remains they did receive were not their pets. One consumer indicated that he had received his pets ashes only to get a call from an Arizona pet cremation company stating that they had his pet, along with many others that came from 1st Call Pet Cremation. Several consumers have resorted to news medias for assistance. BBB continues to receive complaints from consumers that have not received their pets and are concerned that the remains they do receive may not actually be their pet. To date, the company has not addressed any of these recent complaints.
