In May 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated SD Solutions LLC, doing business as COET.org, Center for Online Education & Transition, SMMAcademy, and Stage Digital business practices. This investigation was prompted by a Scam Tracker report and consumer inquiry.
In May 2024, BBB checked the website COET.org to determine when it was created. The website was created on March 21, 2019.
During the course of our investigation, mail sent to SD Solutions LLC at the address 7 Avenida Vista Grande STE B7, Santa Fe, NM 87508 was returned marked by USPS as Not Deliverable As Addressed. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business.
BBB made inquiries to SD Solutions LLC via email and US Postal Mail asking the following:
- A physical New Mexico address because SD Solutions LLC listed address of 7 Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe, NM 87508 appears to be a mailbox store.
- Details of SD Solutions LLC operations in North America because several of SD Solutions LLC postings appear to show the business as operating outside of North America. Specifically Stage Digital's Instagram posts lists Copenhagen & Milano and COET.org LinkedIn lists HQ Paris, Île-de-France.
- Copies of SD Solutions LLC’s documentation and disclosures provided to consumers such as contracts and invoices.
- Contact information
