Pattern of Complaints
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers alleging the business has received payment and the work at their home has not been started. Additionally, consumers have alleged they are unable to reach Flawless Results, LLC to discuss their concerns. On November 8, 2024, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of December 6, 2024, BBB has not received a written response for the pattern of complaints.

On August 13, 2024, Flawless Results was referred for suspension of BBB Accreditation for not honoring their agreement to Binding Arbitration for a consumer complaint. BBB revoked Flawless Results BBB Accreditation on October 10, 2024.
On October 31, 2024, Flawless Results again came to the attention of BBB. At that time BBB received complaints for the business stating that funds had been accepted by the business for work that was not completed.
“On 8/09/24 I signed contract to do two of my windows and paid a down payment for the windows to be done. I have been calling and can’t get I touch with anyone. I get redirected to different offices and have not spoken to them since signing the contract on 8/09/24 and it’s now 10/31/24. I’ve sent in paper work to the to cancel my contract because I haven’t heard anything from them on 10/10/24. This is very frustrating and disappointing.”
“In August of 2024, Flawless results received payment over $18,000 for ordering and installation of residential windows after a hail storm. The company failed to call with any updates. Finally, today (11/5/24), I was able to reach they're vender, who informed me that they had closed. I reached an employee on a personal number who confirmed. Essentially, they stole my nearly $20,000, and we have no windows.”
“On April 18 2024, my wife and I entered into an agreement with Flawless Results LLC in which they stated they would procure and install a window in our home after obtaining a permit for the work. We paid the salesman (name and telephone number available upon request) $3,500 with 60% of the remainder due at the start of the job and the final payment due at the completion of the work. We last spoke with a representative at Flawless LLC in early October after repeatedly asking the status of the order. They assured us that the window would be ready for installation in early November. We were out of town from October 12 until November 2. Since returning, we have heard nothing from Flawless LLC and are unable to contact anyone at any of the telephone numbers given. We were able to speak with the salesman, who reported that Flawless has laid off their sales staff. We would like the window to be installed ASAP, and short of that we would like our money back.”
On November 12, 2024, BBB attempted to contact Flawless Results by calling the numbers listed on their website. BBB was able to reach one of the owners who was unclear on the status of the business.
On November 19, 2024, BBB requested additional info from Flawless Results. As of November 25, 2024, BBB has not received a response.
On November 25, 2024, BBB made a virtual site visit to Flawless Results. The business was found to be marked “Permanently Closed” by Google.
If you have an outstanding contract with Flawless Results, please to reach out to the Department of Justice via their website nmdoj.gov and file a complaint online. Their investigation of this matter is ongoing.
