In February 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Monaqi, LLC Doing Business As Astro-Alan, business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and Scam Tracker reports.

Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints: 
- I placed an order for 1 Monaqi™ Beauty Plus Massager and 1 The Belly Bottle in the color pink. The order number was #***** placed on 10/11/2021. I received the massager but I never received the water bottle. I waited a couple of days in case they were shipped separately but never received the product. I reached out to a customer service representative on October 27, 2021 and was told they reached out to the carrier service and my package was lost and a new one would be sent but I never received the product or was contacted again about the issue. I reached out again to the seller’s customer service 12/31/2021 to resolve my issue and got no response. I’ve previously purchased with this company and had no issues. I would just like to receive my product, a different product or a refund.
- This company is not honoring their 90day warranty for a product that did not work. I have attempted to contact this company several times. The latest was Sept.08.2021 The company Monaqi llc Deliberately ignored me so that my request would seem to have appeared later than warranty return window. Also they guaranteed a 5-10 business day for delivery in which they didn't not honor. I order in late April2021 and received product in June2021. I want people to beware that this company isn't as honest as they appear with false advertising. I would like to be refunded my money.
- Company sent multiple email order confirmations with a promise to send tracking info, but did not send tracking info. Would not respond to my request for tracking info. Asked to allow 3-14 days for delivery attached to a Oder shipped email, but it’s been over a month. No contact from the company after multiple attempts. The phone number they offer for contact goes directly to voicemail.

In February 2022 BBB checked to determine when Monaqi, LLC DBA Astro-Alan’s websites were created:
- www.get-monaqi.com was registered on 06-26-2021
- www.monaqi-us.com was registered on 06-01-2021 
- www.astro-alan.com was registered on 09-27-2021

The postal addresses listed for the businesses appear to be addresses for a mailbox store or a virtual office. BBB was unable to find an operations address for Monaqi, LLC.  BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business. Additionally the phone number (505) 226-9974 listed on Astro Alan’s website appears to not be in service.

BBB made inquiries to Monaqi, LLC DBA Astro-Alan via email and postal mail asking the following:
- Physical address in New Mexico and a local phone number. 
- Physical addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers and websites for all locations.
- Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for items that are not delivered within their stated delivery period. 
- Copies of any policy documents consumers receive with their orders.

To date, BBB has not received a response from Monaqi, LLC DBA Astro-Alan.

Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
