For all appointment types; the time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule, we require 24-Hours notice for all services. If you come late to your appointment, we will try our very best to accomadate you for your full service appoinemnet but in the event we cannot due to conflict of scheduling we reserve the right to shorten the session and charge full price for the service. Please either cancel/reschedule via Acuity Scheduling or call us at 201-751-4918 during our business hours of M-F 9am-9pm and Sunday 9am-7pm.
For individual bookings; failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in a $25 charge for every 30minutes of the reserved time you booked. i.e. a 1 hour service will result in a $50 charge while a 90min service will be charged for $75.
For packages; failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in the reduction of time for 1/2 a session or subjected to being charge for the amount of 1/2 the price of the service being provided at the individual rate, not the package/discounted rate.
