          On October 15, 2009 BBB contacted the business regarding an allegation that a consumer made claiming the company advertised a free cruise only to renege on the offer after the consumer refused to give them financial information. According to BBB Code of Advertising, advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulant, falsely disparaging of competitors or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used. The company did not respond to BBB's request for them to discontinue the use of this advertising unless they honored it.
