    I am upset with myself for not checking BBB and Yelp before getting into a contract with this company. I went off the ****** Reviews and I am deeply regretting it. I was able to schedule an appointment for a quote in no time. ****, the sales rep was friendly and gave us a reasonable price. We contacted **** to sign the contract. Upon arriving at my home and finalizing everything, **** realized he quoted us not accounting for an entire side of fencing. This changed the amount that we were quoted significantly! I was extremely upset because I already felt their advertising was misleading on Instagram showing that the vinyl fencing was at $22 a ft, only to learn that was only for NJ. **** explained that he could try and see if we could get the fence for $22 a ft so that the price would remain relatively around the same price we initially were quoted. This was not the case, however, they lowered the price very slightly. **** stated that someone from finance would reach out to me regarding the ***** Fargo Account to finance the rest. I began to call to inquire about the financing. I left endless "messages'" and no one got back to me. My date for installation was scheduled for 8/6/2024. ****** called me on 8/3/2024, inquiring about the financing since she did not see it on file. I explained to her that I had been attempting to reach the finance department with no success. The finance I was approved for didn't cover the remaining balance. Naturally, I am upset because I can't comprehend why a company would wait until the very last minute to see if the finance would even be approved in the 1st place. Now, I would have to postpone install. They take no accountability for their faults. The level of professionalism and customer service is horrible, none of the managers want to deal with customers, specifically ************, in this situation. I truly don't want them to install a fence considering all I have read, but feel stuck because of the finance account now opened with them.

    Hi *********, in no way you are stuck with Direct Fence, if you wish to cancel your transaction that is completely fine. We do charge a different price in different areas outside of ** due to transit time etc. We were happy to help you with the pricing which we did take care of. Our management team did make sure you received a new contract however you had a balance to pay that your financing didn't cover. We don't handle credit or gauge any clients credit worthiness. Our lender agreed to finance part of your project and the balance needed to be paid. Sorry if your feelings were hurt we are good honest people installing over ***** fences per year with so many happy customers in your town!

    Direct Fence at first appears to be a great company to hire, the sales people are friendly an courteous and work to get you a great deal. However, after my installation on 5/14/24 I discovered a problem, where there is about a 12 to 18 inches gap of space left between my property line and the new fence they installed. I had to call well over a dozen times to get in contact with my sales rep to have this problem fixed. Once I reached the sales **** ***** I explained the situation and he was to get back to me with a cost for a return trip to address my issue. Yet, I had to chase the sales rep down to return my calls to give me a price for what I feel they should be paying for. Finally, after a week or so of no responses I complained to one of the admin people in the office who then got a installer to come out to my house and look at the issue I was complaining about. A day or so later, on 6/11/24 I was sent a repair estimate of 2000 dollars, which is ridiculous considering I didn't get what I paid for. I pushed back and then this was escalated to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, *****************. However, he has not performed any better. He has been at times been unresponsive and/or ignored my text messages, emails and calls. ***** finally responded to me on 6/24/24 after weeks of trying to contact him with a 1500 dollar cost, which I just agreed to because I need to get this rectified. ***** said he would get back to me the following day. It's now Friday, 6/28/24 and still no response after asking for an update, no scheduling or anything to move this along. Direct Fence is the epitome of poor communication and customer service. This comes to no surprise to me now, considering that a more ************** member is just as neglectful and demonstrates poor communication and service himself. I thought I would be recommending this company to some other friends, but after this lack of professionalism. I would not advise anyone to use their services.

    Hi, We appreciate and value your business. You were informed early in the day of 6/28/24 that the additional work you would like to have completed would be done on Friday 7/5. No one was ignoring you or mistreating you. You also have the ** of Sales direct mobile number who has been communicating with you in a timely response. We value your business but the comments above simply don't paint an accurate picture of your dealings with the company.

    Terrible customer service. Terrible sales people.Don't use them. We are asking for weeks to revise original order . No response .
