USA Pay Day Loans first came to the attention of BBB on January 7, 2010.
BBB received complaints from consumers in several states who were solicited by USA Pay Day Loans. Complaints alleged that the business requested payments ranging from $125-$800 for such things as down payments, insurance, collateral, etc., prior to obtaining a loan. Many complainants were instructed to wire the payments through Western Union or by way of a Green Dot Card. When the loans were not received, consumers attempted to contact the company, but received no response.
BBB cannot confirm a physical location for this company in New Hampshire. BBB contacted the property management for the address listed in this report and they confirmed that USA Pay Day loans are not located at the address as posted. They do however have a mailbox there where mail has been sent, but never picked up.
BBB attempts to reach the company by phone number listed to speak with customer service representatives, but no contact was ever made. BBB was told they had called the wrong number.
