On June 17, 2024, BBB contacted this business about advertising on its website. Specifically, BBB asked about a claim that clients will "save time and money by paying a lower interest rate," and a how a "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" offer works. Additionally, BBB asked Midwest Regional Funding to clarify its physical location, as its website lists an address in Fargo, ND, but the ND Secretary of State shows the name being owned by a company in Sioux Falls, SD. Multiple BBB letters sent to Midwest Regional Funding's Fargo address were returned 'Attempted - Not Known,' and BBB received no response to its inquiry.

1. Basic Principles of the Code
1.1 The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast.
