"wasnt happy the room i had rented for a week was fested with bed bugs my girlfriend has big welts all over her arm they tried to give me a diff room and that room also was fested with bed bugs they offered me my money back and said theres nothing more we can do but the problem comes now what about the dr." ... "With no management or personnel available after 8pm, you can imagine our disappointment, shock and frustration to awaken in the middle of the night with bedbugs.
