"Bell properties ********** ** I have lived in Bell Properties for over 3 years The first complex I lived at over 3 years was Mayfaire Flats in ********** ** The first move wtihin this complex was due to 24 hour smoking of marijuana from apartment below and above my unit I filed written and verbal complaint with both onsite management and wrote the **************** No help to resolve the issue So I rented a different unit in same community and ask if they could please refer me to an apartment in the complex without Smokers in the adjoining unit.This worked for about 6 months of the lease and I was going to not resign my lease when it ended A family emergency arised and the manager said only one unit available to rent in the as I waited too long to renew Well this apartment was a whole new discovery of concern The unit beside me and above me with the help of the on site maintenance crew Were connected the electrical circuit from my apartment to the above apartment and the ones connected to me on the side Once again I wrote the **************** in ************* to explain my concern about the maintenance crew accessing my electrical circuit to supply electricity to the unit above my unit and on the sides of my unit." ...
