Labor is a service and is non-returnable.
Used computers can be returned within 7 days and exchanged within 14 days.
Accessory purchases are non-returnable. All accessory sales are final.
Special order parts are non-returnable except for product defects where an exchange can be offered.
Labor is warrantied for 10 days. If the same issue that was previously paid for is happening again, we will rework the issue at no additional charge. You agree to allow remote desktop tools for this rework if needed. Only work that has been previously invoiced will be warrantied. Any new requests will be billed at posted service rates.
Baxter Consultants only provides vendor/manufacture warranties on products purchased. We do not provide any additional warranty on products. Any applicable restock or shipping fees for warranty work will be passed onto the customer. Any additional labor will be charged at our posted service rates.
