If I could give a zero on customer service, I would! Whew, where should I start? If I weren't a person that didn't pay attention to my car, I would be in major trouble later on. Store no# ** stripped the oil pan plug in my car, resulting in the need for repair. The Store initially tried to go the cheap route of wanting to patch the oil pan as an inexpensive fix until I sent my car to one of their "approved" shops for them to look at it. By the way, the shop only got to my car days later and concluded needing to replace the entire pan. Fast Forward, the shop had to wait on store #** to sign off on purchasing the oil pan and left me without transportation for over a week. I had to come out of unnecessary money to provide a means of transport which Store no#** says they don't reimburse. If your Store didn't DAMAGE my car in the first place, I would have never had to come out of unnecessary money! The employees lie about the manager not being on-site. Companies in the area informed me they hide in the office, which has been deemed accurate by many others. I have contacted the district office and am still waiting for a return on phone calls; I was told by corporate to email over my supporting documents in which they could reimburse me; well, that went to a dead end as I haveReview fromKaysie B

First off I just want to state that this was one of the worst experiences Ive had in a long time. I pulled up with one care in line ahead of me at roughly 4:50 pm. I didnt get out of there until after 5:45 pm. Once I started getting impatient because of the wait I started to knit ice that only 2 people were working, well one really because the second guy was spending more time on his cell phone than anything. (Dude with hand tattoos) once they finally got me in the bay, things didnt get any better. Just kept sitting there waiting while the guy was taking multiple cellphone calls and the other kid attempted to figure out why a pump wasnt working. Never took out my air filter to show me, never checked to make sure all my lights were working ( not sure if they still do that, they used to) didnt tip off my wiper fluid (used to do that too) and I had to ask for them to put air in my tires. The whole time all they were doing was complaining about how many hours they worked and eating how they needed to hurry up to get out on time. So they finally finished up, charged me $92 and change and it took 45 min. Once I left I started to smell something off. Made it home and there was smoke coming from under the hood. A lot of it. So I opened the hood to find oil everywhere. Looks like they didnt take their time and spilled clean oil and dirty oil all over the engine and on the headers. Thats what I assume. Called the 800 number and they were no help at all, they called the store 5 times and no one would pick up. Told me that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to get on the computer and submit a ticket. This place is a joke and so is their customer service. So tomorrow I have to now take time out of my day and have a real mechanic look at it and figure out whats going on. Guess I should have just went to a real shop from the start. Dont waste your time going to these hacks. They take 0 pride in their work, what little of it they actually do.Review fromRobin B

Wish I could give a zero! Got an oil change and the next week my check engine light was on. Took it to the dealership and they never replaced the air blocks causing air in the lines and sensors going out. Also caused engine problems leading to a $500 bill. Called the store to have them resolved and they claimed they were at no fault and "most people don't know to replace that after they remove it" They tried to cover everything up and pretty much will hire anyone walking the streets. Stay away!!Take 5 Oil Change

I would need more information to respond to this complaint. I am not clear on what the customer is stating the issue is with the vehicle.. Customer stated ********************** did not replace the air block, which I am assuming the customer meant the air filter. Air is supposed to flow into the air filter, so I'm no clear on the statement that air got into the lines. This doesn't make sense to me, therefore I cannot provide a definitive response to this review. The customer did submit a case through our web site and case TAK-****** was created and sent to shop #*** in ********* **. Customer has not provided any documentation detailing the issue with the vehicle. At this point fault cannot be placed on Take 5 due to lack of information about the customer issue.Review fromBianca H

As a former employee. *** reached out to HR about a sexual harassment situation. Their conclusion was that even though the *** ***** at shop 5 in ******* touched me and I told him to stop multiple times its not sexual harassment because he was joking. They havent let me talk to some one else at HR,preferably who ever is over them, but Ill take anyone that would actually investigate. Shop 5 doesnt have cameras either. But theyre getting some now because of my complaint. This place is horrible to work at. Especially since they dont take sexual harassment seriously. I have email proof. Then they just hire who ever and dont even train them properly anymore. Take 5 as a whole should not be a business anymore.Take 5 Oil Change

Like many of the reviews that are posted here, my local Take 5 failed to properly install the oil filter on my ******* *** leaked in my garage and inside the engine bay (the filter is a canister type accessible from the top). I contacted the local store and was told the owner's rep ******* does not speak to customers. This seems more than unusual - but I then reached out to using several tools on the corporate website. Thankfully, my regular mechanic was able to clean the engine and fix the leaking filter (the gasket was not installed properly). I am now looking for someone to clean the garage floor were the oil has stained the concrete. Given the frequency of this happening (as reported here) it seems this problem is not confined to one store - but relates to a larger supervision and training problem. I was told this is not a franchise - but a corporate store. TAKE5 OIL CHANGE - #***********************************************************. I suggest someone in management should dial the customer service number and leave their cell phone number - and see how long it takes to get a call back. To be clear - I finally got an email from the company - but have never been called by them.Take 5 Oil Change

This customer contacted customer service several times for various issues, which were all addressed. Case TAK-****** was opened and escalated to the shop manager and district manager and a manager was asked to call the customer back to discuss the leaking oil filter and oil stains. As far as the phone calls go, the customer is stating he contacted customer service but we had zero calls from his number in our system and the customer service manager responded to this customer via email and provided screen shots of our phone system showing no calls registered from his number. Perhaps he selected an option not related to Take 5 oil change.Take 5 Oil Change

On January 7, 2022 we took our car for an oil change at *************************************************** and the mechanic put the cap on wrong. We currently can not get an oil change because no one wants the responsibility of taking the oil cap off in fear they can not put it back on. We are stuck not having a facility in our area in Georgia that can change our oil. We need your assistance in contacting the take 5 owners of this facility to contact us.Take 5 Oil Change
