      Pulled in at 6 pm at night told inspection person leaves at 2 pm everyday. Returned on Saturday 6 cars in line. Told to pull of to shade area since I was on a motorcycle. Waited 45 minutes was about to leave after seeing 4 other vehicles come after me get in and serviced for oil changes. When I called them out on it the manager told me I was a lair and had not been waiting that long and I could go somewhere else to get my inspection. Manager is unprofessional, rude and condescending to customers

      The ****** is check your inspection report before you leave the location. My mileage was grossly overstated on the report by 62K. My husbands truck mileage overstated by 25K. This information is entered on a state database. When insurance renewal came around they assessed an extra $500 to our renewal premium for over excessive mileage. Between us we supposedly racked up approximately 90K miles in a year. Try working with the insurance company to get that fixed. When confronted the manager/tech said he sometimes gets his numbers mixed up. Wrong profession dude. No apology. No response from customer service. This amounts to pure fraud!! Id give them a zero star rating if I could.

      Beware of sneaky fees and snake oil salesman. ****** the supposed "manager" was angry and vindictive when I questioned the surcharge placed on my services. He was unable to make a decision and called his supervisor. It was extraordinarily unprofessional and amateurish. I will not be back. They left me unattended for 30 minutes inside a bay. He even threatened to call the cops! Update: ****** called the cops! And this was over a $5 charge. Remarkable. The company conducts business by calling the cops!

      On June 29, 2024 I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, It was recommended that I get a coolant exchange as well after some applied coupons I agreed and the total was $209.24. I received oil change and coolant exchange. The next day June 30, 2024 I take a road trip about 2 hours from home and the car starts overheating and cuts off. Several people stopped to help and noticed that the Radiator cap was not on and there was a liquid/oily substance covering everything under the hood and the car would no longer start. I called Take 5 at ***************************** *********, La. where the service was done and explained to them what was happening, the young man stated that they were looking at their cameras and then proceeded to give me an 800# for ***** Services to start a claim and have the vehicle towed. The vehicle was diagnosed at 2 different facilities and it was noted that the radiator cap was left off cause issues with the Head gasket, I was told that the engine would need to be replaced. after going back and forth with ***** Services for nearly 2 weeks, let alone being inconvenienced with no car and a WASTED $209, I was told that "A VIDEO" was looked at and no one touched the radiator cap. (when I specifically remember the guy with dreads pouring something in there) Take 5 is not claiming ownership of the damages and there is no appeals. I then asked that the video be sent to me and upon agreement the Rep. ************** stated that she'd send it in 2 mins. I then received and email stating that the video was too long to send and would need to be edited to do so. I am still waiting for the video and even then I don't trust that their mistake was not EDITED from the video. As of today the vehicle sits at a dealership about 2 hours from my home with no resolve to the matter. I NEED HELP!!!!

      OIL CHANGE MESSED UP MY CAR- NO LONGER DRIVES BECAUSE THE OIL WAS WAY TOO THIN AND STILL DIRTY. Never coming here again. *** filed a complaint but its been passed 48 hrs and no one has come to my house to assess my car. Ive missed school and clinicals due to this problem. Im fed up and will take legal actions if nothing is done.

      We took our car to Take 5 and they put the wrong oil in and wrong amount. They used teh wrong car information to perform the work. Immediately after it is not running the same. My husband took the car back up the next day and the error was found. It was short 3 quarts of oil and had caused damage to the car. No one from corporate office is returning my calls.

      ************ I've had 3 different incidents with Take 5 locations in ******, **. All oil change procedures. First incident, they stripped my oil pan bolt, lost the bolt, and used an oversized bolt from another vehicle which stopped my oil pan. Had the oil pan replaced at the dealership. Second incident, they forgot to install the oil filter which caused my engine oil light to flash and put my motor in jeopardy. Afterwards, my car now leaks oil. Third incident, they lost the bolts to my skid plate. After Take 5 replace my skid plate hardware I'm done with their service!!! Each incident the employees have been courteous. But, that doesn't help with repairs. Apparently, Take 5 have training issues. Take 5 needs a more thorough training program. Hire certified ASE mechanics that is knowledgeable.

      The worst customer service ever at any business I have ever been to. Put fluid in my vehicle that is not what I requested because "we already pulled the plug." Made 2 subsequent trips, per manager's word, and still not fixed. The solution I was given was to pay someone else to fix it. First ever visit and definitely making sure everyone in the sound of my voice does not make the same mistake. All I want is the fluid I requested from the beginning.All they had to do was have the product in stock, or get it and let me know when to return. Then all websites have inactive numbers and no one at the store will give any further contact info. Good Luck!Avoid these people posing as mechanics. They slap things in and on and push you out without any care for you vehicle. New location too. Hope them and you the best.Avoid at all cost.My personal opinion and personal experience has created this and can not truthfully speak for all locations.

      Waited a half hour in the Bay before oil change began. Failed to check tires or wash windshield despite paperwork saying it was checked. I dont believe they checked any fluids either. Im asking for a refund.

      They broke a valve on my car when I was getting an oil change from them months ago. They referred me to meinike to get it repaired giving me no timeline. I went in months later to get it repaired and they then told me it was out of warranty which was printed on the back of my receipt. The back of my receipt (which I still have) was blank and no one told me I had a time limit. They also failed to tell me that this issue could potentially leave me stranded or I would have gotten it fixed sooner. The manager told me I would receive a refund check in the mail within the next few weeks.that was in March. Since then, I havent been able to get in touch with the manager ******. Every time I call they say they will call me back and never do. I got a ticket number to file my issue with their insurance who I have been waiting to hear from for over a week now. The ticket number is absolutely useless by the way.
