BBB has recently received Scam Tracker reports concerning the sale and shipment involving MT Express Logistics (formally known as All 4 You Shipping). Consumers allege MT Express Logistics acts on behalf of the sellers, handling both the payment and the shipment of the automobile. Payment is required to be made using bitcoin by opening a Coinbase account, and funds are to be held in escrow until the vehicle is delivered.  Consumers then claim the vehicle is not delivered, and despite reaching out to MT Express Logistics requesting a refund their requests are ignored. Additionally, the phone number associated with MT Express Logistics is no longer active.   

According to Montana Department of Banking and Financial Institutions, escrow businesses operating in Montana need to be licensed with the Division. MT Express Logistics does not have an escrow license.
