Alert
On June 12, 2020, BBB received a Scam Tracker
Report and complaint from consumers alleging they ordered pug puppies from
Uptown Pug Puppies, but the puppies were never delivered. BBB found the
company does not appear to physically exist in the state of Montana and the
website, https://uptownpugs.com/, was created on 5/20/2020; the IP location is in Russia. In review
of the website, BBB found many photos which appear to have been taken from
other websites, a fake testimonial, and no transparency of ownership. BBB
also found the phone number, 405-407-5379, listed on another website selling
Persian kittens, https://persian.company.com/.
Consumers can file complaints against the
business at https://www.bbb.org/us/mt/bozeman/profile/dog-breeders/uptown-pug-puppies-1296-1000098588.
