According to information in BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaint alleging customer service issues, delivery issues, and refund issues. Specifically, customer complaints allege consumers purchased generators from Generator Power Solutions LLC, a deposit is made and a delivery date is decided. Consumers report their delivery date does not happen. After several no call, no shows, consumers state the date is pushed back again. On June 23, 2023 Mr. Jason Frost was arrested by the Rankin County District Attorney's office and charged with false pretense, in relation into an investigation where a consumer had purchased a Generac generator from the business that was never delivered. The matter is pending.
