          On February 25,2021, BBB contacted the business about the following advertisements found on their website: "guaranteed to get rid of your insect problems" and "100% satisfaction guaranteed".  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” the advertiser should clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to the sale which could include putting it on the seller’s website. If the advertiser does not show details of the "warranty", "guarantee"  a full refund must be provided to the consumer. On March 23,2021 the business did modify there verbiage "guaranteed to get rid of your insect problems" which in now in compliance with the BBB Code of Advertising. However, as of today, April 6, 2021, the business has chosen not to modify, substantiate, or discontinue the "100% satisfaction guaranteed" advertisement per our requested emails.
