  Do not get ****** in to this company! Had my water pump *** and it was $499, they paid me $200 and $100 of that was my deductible. So they pay you pretty much whatever they feel like. Labor rate was 3 hours, they only paid me 1.1 such a JOKE DO NOT JOIN this company shop around and read these reviews they are all true.

  Carshield acts like it was preexisting. You have to show about 3-5 yrs of service records before they will cover it, then they want to use only used or salvaged parts in your car. They are not worth it for the amount they charge you.

  Please people, Do Not waste your money on this insurance company. It is a scam! I paid $89.99 since 2020 until today, they have never paid a nickle for any of the services I needed even though it said transmission, engine were covered on the contract. When I needed transmission work, they wormed out of paying 1 red cent. All the money I've paid through the pandemic was a total rip-off. I'm left with the short end of the stick. When you call them, it's like speaking to a door. They will not refund you. Do not listen to the commercials, it's a scam! I'm not sure why they are allowed to stay in business. ?? ??

  Car Shield is the worst. My dealership stopped using Car Shield because they were difficult to reach on the phone and when reached they didn't want to pay dealership prices and wanted the dealership to use cheap parts. It was very difficult to find a dealership to work with Car Shield and when I did they couldn't handle the job. After paying about six monthly payments I canceled. Car Shield is a rip-off.

  CarShield is a scam!! Took truck in for service, yearly check and inspection. A few issues came back. Back-up camera and fuel pump issue and a few other things. Both the back up camera and fuel pump issue are talked about on the Carshield commercial, cover 100%. FALSE 1st they do not cover the diagnostic test, they do not want to pay what it cost at Dealer cost. They do not cover ANYTHING, walked away with a **** bill and Carshield is paying 0. NOT worth your time!!

  CarShield is a total scam. I've been paying $110 a month since May 2021. When my battery died, fuel injectors needed to be fixed, and now when I need rear brakes and rotors nothing is covered. They claim these are maintenance items and that it's on me to keep the car in good working order. I've passed every inspection, gone for all my oil changes, and tune-**** Isn't that me fulfilling my responsibility to keep the car in good working order. So if the car battery suddenly dies and you want to only cover emergencies that should count. If I feel my car shake and the mechanic says I need new fuel injectors or I bring it for inspection and the mechanic says I need new brakes and rotors and there's nothing that was said to be at any other time, how could I have prevented it? There's nothing else to do to keep the car maintained. Someone needs to investigate this company, close them up, and give ** refunds.

  Car Shield did well by me. I was a worried at first, but it was unfounded. Saved over a $1000.00.
  Maybe this will help your car shield experience. 1.In advance I found some repair facilities that would deal with car shield. 2.When my car problem started, I called car shield to make sure that
  I was covered. The agent went over my contract with me, said I had coverage. 3. I did Exactly what
  my contract spelled out to do. The ford repair shop knew what they needed to do.
  It was agreat experience for me. Good Job.

  Do not use these people, I repeat do not use these people. I have had them for 2 years payed $150 a month never made a claim until recently, they didn't fix anything. So please don't throw your money away. I have warned you.

  I was about to join but they immediately wanted my card information. I was only looking to get a quote as the site said to do by putting in my information which could be seen as false advertising. Wasn't expecting to get charged right then and there. I feel they should work on their customer ********************** part. Don't immediately assume people want to buy the service at the moment. I told the guy I wanted to think about it and he wanted my card information. I told him I was done with the phone call and hung up. Hopefully, I won't get constant calls from them. Plus they passed me from one person to the last person I talked to who wanted my payment information. Felt pressured and not happy about the experience.
