    I would never use car shield again. I had a problem with my car and instead of fixing it that gave me back the monthly fee they charged me. They wanted nothing to do with fixing my car. Total waste of time.

    CarShield requested that the Administrator of your Vehicle Service Contract examine your claim based on the review you have provided. The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated per the terms and limits of the Vehicle Service Contract using the correct labor, parts, and coverage for the failures presented by the repair facility.

    Im paying over $130 per month for CarShield and when it broke down, they refused to pay for the car to get towed and are only paying half of the price of the transmission, and after all of that the car spent 2 weeks in the shop setting there before ********* would even sign off to let the shop start on the work, and they refused to pay for the rental car that was Agees apon in my contract which caused me to loose my job because I had no way to work. In all this is a terrible company that has seemed to cause me nothing but problems since I signed up for them.

    I started my service with Car Shield in May 2021 for my 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Track and my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I never filed a claim with Car Shield until February 2,2023, when our Ford Explorer needed to have a front wheel bearing replaced and an actuator for the heater needed to be replaced.
    My auto repair service writer called me and explained that Car Shield was only authorizing an inferior replacement wheel bearing. The service writer told me that the quality of the wheel bearing was less than the lowest priced wheel bearing that the local **** **** ***** store sold.
    After bouncing around with different adjusters from Car Shield, my wife and I got fed up with the lousy customer service and I told them that we wanted to cancel our coverage. I was put on hold and bounced over to another customer service representative and I had to again explain my dissatisfaction with Car Shield's service. I explained to the customer service rep that I have paid Car Shield almost $4000.00 in monthly fees over the 21 months, and I was disappointed in their lack of service.
    I eventually hung up the phone and now I'm warning people not to believe those TV commercials with ***** ****** and Ice Cube or the husband & wife that had their engine replaced, "who does that", I don't think it's Car Shield.

    I have Carsheild and that replaced my transmission which was **** and I only paid 200 deductible! It took a while to fix but it was fixed! If you havent maintained your car or dont have proof be ready to jump through hoops!

    It went great. I was really pleased with you guys. Awesome, awesome. My car is running so much better. I'm very very pleased. I was a little skeptical at first then I saw *************** and how you had paid for other people's repairs. I could not believe what you have done for me. It was very fast too. I really really appreciate it.

    After my husband passed away in May 2022, Carshield kept saying on tv that they would help people and I took advantage of this and had it taken out of my checking account. They said they would fix my car air conditioner and charged me over $4000.00 for the fix. It was for a 2012 ******* air conditioner hose. I think it should be reported how they are taking advantage of seniors and should be told about this.

    Poor Business practices,My car has been at a shop that Carshield recommend it and its been sitting there because Carshield wont send an adjuster out to take pictures of the repairs that need to be done, the repair shop has reached out to them several times sending them reports and they are saying the reports are not legible and that they need pictures well the body shop has sent pictures and report but still they have not went forward with my claim, Carshield has been reaching out to me and having me run back-and-forth to talk with the repair company to get them to send what they need but I am the paying customer why should I have to run around and get reports and pictures when thats what I pay them for so pretty much I am out of $1500 in rental cost, and my claim is not being put in because Carshield is too lazy to send or cheap to send Adjuster out to take pictures to assess the damage to my car, so bottom line my car is just sitting in a repair shop lot like its in a junkyard ,Someone help Please
