      If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I am astounded by the incompetence of this entire organization. My medication accidentally got returned to Express Scripts (which I'll admit was the fault of my own and ****** but when I found out it was returned on 4/14, I called them and they PROMISED it would be express-shipped out to me in 1-3 days. I called the following day to be certain that the medication was scheduled to be sent out. The woman had an attitude with me and told me it was in the process of being reshipped. ****. I called AGAIN on 4/18 just to confirm it had been shipped since the tracking number said it was still with Express Scripts in f****** ******* (I live in ********). The woman on the phone, ******** in *****, **, told me that not only had my medication NOT been shipped, but they had NO RECORD of me asking for it to be reshipped, despite having spoken to two separate people who assured me the medication was going to be reshipped. THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUSLY INCOMPETENT. (Not to mention how ****** up it is that on a good day, it takes them 14 days to process and ship my medication.) ******** in *****, AZ was wonderfully patient with me and assured me that she handled my claim correctly and that the medication would be re-processed and shipped with express 1-day shipping. The only reason I deal with this company is that they are the only pharmacy in-network that carries my medication. If I switch insurances, I will NEVER deal with this company again! If you have the choice not to deal with these people, DON'T! Again, ******** was the only saving ***** of this god forsaken company. Thank you for dealing with me so patiently and (hopefully) resolving other people's f*** ****

      I would truly leave 0 stars if I could. I just paid a lot of money to reach my deductible on some medicine that I NEED. Called three times and spoke to three different supervisors because I have already had experiences getting wrong information. All 3 told me going forward because my deductible is met my prescription is $30 going forward. Not surprised but SO UPSET, go to pick it up and its $300. Call again and get a very rude lady as Im crying on the phone because I cant afford this who has no empathy and just says sorry the supervisors were all wrong. This place is absolutely terrible and would never ever recommend using their services

      If I could give a negative starts I would. I have to go through this pharmacy for specialty meds my epileptic daughter needs and consistently each month the bottle is short doses. When i call and report this monthly they don't even care. My daughter would be out of medication and they don't have any solutions . Many times I was told someone would call me back and silence . People's healthcare doesn't mean anything to them.

      Avoid at all costs. There is occasionally a helpful person but you will likely wait on hold for 6 years until you find them...

      I dont normally write bad reviews but I just started using Accredo due to my insurance and have had nothing but issues. Ive called several times and spoken to different people who all contradict each other. I try to get an answer about when I can set up shipment for ******** and only get the run around. Im overdue for my last injection and they dont care. Before I started ******** my mental health was really suffering due to not being able to sleep because my skin is constantly itchy and burning. Ive had eczema my entire life and have tried everything but this is the only thing that has helped. I really dont want to go back to feeling that way but it feels inevitable at this point since they are so unwilling to simply do their job. They also erased my prescription and copay assistance entirely off the app and website and I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. I wish I could leave negative start because they dont even deserve one star. I dont understand how they are in business or why insurance companies use them. I plan on reaching out to HR at my work to make sure how horrible their choice in insurance/specially pharmacy is.

      I used to get meds from CVS. But I thought it'd be easier to get them mailed with Express Scripts. But their refilling was not consistent. Plus I started getting duplicated med from CVS and Express Scripts. ES never told me to cancel my current distributor.I've decided to delete me account and just pick up meds at ***.

      Worst company we have ever dealt with. Claimed they won't send the second dose until we pay for the first dose....which we never received to begin with. On hold for hours! Talked to 5 different people and got 5 different answers in one day...mind you, this was after being on the phone for 4 hours. ***************** very, very rude! Went through ********* specialty clinic out of **********, ****...can pick meds up in ****************...took just one quick phone call...authorization from dr....And we're back on track. Very nice people ! As far as Accredo...I do NOT recommend them at all. Horrible everything!!!! Don't waist your time with this "so-called" company. I don't know how they can stay open....Notify Better Business Bureau!Negative 10 is my opinion along with many others!!

      ****** is always changing policies, they can't just leave stuff alone. This is by far the worst decision they have made making us go through express scripts..I can't get my prescription that is usually easy to get even though my ** is requesting I'm on it. This company doesn't have their s*** or website together. It's ridiculous. If something is working fine, leave it alone TARGET. I do not recommend express scripts. Been on the phone with them all week, I just gave up.
