Same as previous review I would give zero stars if could Get run around every time you call transfer after transfer then nothing is resolved!Called Monday was on call for 45 mins, reassured problem was solved, haha nice thinking, received medicine that was supposed to be cancelled. They do not like to give non-generic even when suggested by Dr. **** called yesterday about getting cancelled drug, was on call for over 1 hr.get conveniently disconnected.Wife has MS and every time DR. ********** something, it is denied! He has to appeal multiple times! You wouldnt mind but Dr is a well known neurologist at one of the best hospitals in the country. He doesnt just prescribe anything for the heck of it! Worst insurance company Ive ever dealt with.Have opportunity to change insurance for my wife and will be doing Sept 1

This is a subpar specialty pharmacy service forced upon our family by its parent company Cigna due to profit driven reasoning rather than consideration for the paying health insurance subscriber. My husband has required a chemotherapy medication for almost 2 years that needs to be delivered every 3 weeks via **** Sounds simple, right? Well, Accredo has managed to delay, misdeliver, or entirely ignore this Rx request on at least 10 occasions during that time period, which impacts health outcomes. They repeat mistakes, make excuses, and also point fingers rather than take accountability. Negligence like this should be illegal. In fact, I believe a class action lawsuit would be a reasonable consideration at this point when looking at the numerous complaints regarding this company with no apparent resolution.

Absolutely horrific dealing with them for a co-pay for a life saving cancer med. 7 weeks already and scores of hours spent talking with dozens and dozens of useless, untrained staff who are all clueless and just make things up. Its a sin this is where the ****************** program forces people to fill their cancer meds. Quite the sham and scam. I knew medical coverage was too good to be true.

There prescriptions are almost always late. You will spend hours on the phone. They will frequently tell you when they have messed up and are not going to be able to get you your prescription in time that you should use a local pharmacy. Do not use them.

Since 2016, I've used Express Scripts for eye drops on
Auto-Refill. I have relied on these drops to be shipped every 3 months
but periodically the Auto-Refill feature is either turned off internally
or ignored by their software system. Each time I call Express Scripts,
they agree with me and ship my eye drops overnight. Once, an agent
wanted to make me pay for expedited shipping, but after speaking with a
supervisor, the drops were received the following morning at no extra
      costs.
A separate issue is these drops are not sufficient for three months.
****** * **** states three bottles will provide enough fluid for one
drop per eye per day for a total of 108 days, yet the average I
experience is 93 days. When I mentioned this to the Express Scripts
agent, she wanted to transfer me to a pharmacist for advice on how to
properly use eye drops, suggesting I have dexterity issues and/or
mis-drops to my eye. I explained the procedure I use for applying eye
including pulling out the lower eyelid, never touching my eye with the
applicator, closing my eye afterward, and never using more than one drop
per eye, per day. I've never had issues with eye drops. However,
after her insult and the fact that she was not helpful resolving my
issues, I simply concluded the call.
      Next Steps:
      1) I will ration my supply and sporadically skip several days over
the three month period to last 108 days of "alleged" supply.
      2) I will discuss the quantity issues with my eye doctor to consider
either prescribing 4 bottles rather than 3 bottles for three months, or
pursuing alternative drops from another pharmaceutical. Alternative
drops may not be cost effective after reviewing ****** prices.
      3) After this order is complete, I will remove Express Scripts from
the process and purchase my eye drops through my retail pharmacy rather
than mail order. The cost may be a few dollars more, but it gives me
the control of my medication schedule.

If I could give zero stars I would. I need to check with my medical insurance but I don't think I have any choice but to use this company for my daughter's meds. This is why monopolies are bad. I can't vote with my feet. Having similar experience as others: finger pointing back and forth between doctor's ****** and Accredo, canceled orders, severely delayed refills, difficulty getting refills, unhelpful service representatives. They could not be any worse.

Express Scripts is terrible. I believe their goal is to let their customers die because it would save them money. Express Scripts is my Employer provided prescription provider, but the time wasted on trying to get prescription coverage is non productive. Often times is is less expensive to pay out of pocket for medications, but when a prescription is expensive and necessary, Express Scripts makes the customer / patient jump through hoops to get it covered, or partially covered. It's extremely disgusting that this company often stands between the health and well being of real people. I have been forced to forgo taking a few prescribed medications because the cost is prohibitive, or the requirements of this sadistic entity are simply too outlandish to tolerate. I can only hope that my company listens to the employee complaints and seeks out a new provider someday soon.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with during the 7+ years I've been on a chronic medication. The do not reliably refill prescriptions, they fail to follow up when there is an insurance, refill, or billing issue. There is clearly no process in place to check that an order can actually be filled when the patient is ordering a medication, and clearly no follow up when there is an issue. I have missed medication after I thought I had ordered it for all of the following reasons: prior authorizations, billing issues (multiple kinds of billing issues), no refill available, address was not confirmed. To pick just one phrase, "Unfathomable incompetence." If there were any other option through my insurance I would not be using them, but they have a strong hold on their patients who have no other option.
