Ignition interlock system - receiver and Key FOB.  Also with GPS capabilities.  The Key FOB is a series of flashing lights that you push as they light up.  If you pass, you can then start the car.  If you fail three times, the car will not start for one hour.

According to the information provided by SafeKey, this company offers a simple deterrent to impaired driving; due to alcohol, drugs, fatigue. There's 2 parts: a check module and an immobilizer. A 2 1/2 second test is performed (a sequence of 5 random flashing lights that you need to push the corresponding light). A pass will send a message to the immobilizer(that is professionally installed in the vehicle) and the vehicle will start. If you don't pass 3 times in a row, the vehicle will not start for 1 hour.
