Refund and Exchange Policy
Students unableto attend a scheduled lesson appointment should notify Windfall EquestrianCenter within 24 hours prior to the appointment in order to receive a refund orcredit.  If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson appointment and donot notify Windfall Equestrian Center in advance, you will be charged the fullcost of the lesson and you will not receive a refund or credit.  Exceptionsmay be made for students unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.inclement weather or illness).

If a student isunable to use lessons purchased in a package, the student may be issued arefund within 60 days of purchase, less the full value of all lessons usedprior to the date of cancellation.

If a scheduledriding lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor illness,students will be notified and the lesson fee will be refunded in the event thatthe appointment cannot be rescheduled for a later date.

Deposits fortraining and boarding are not refundable.  Board is due for the entire thirty (30) day period regardless of whetherthe horse is removed prior to the expiration of the thirty (30) day period.  Partial month’s board and training will notbe pro-rated upon termination of your boarding and/or training agreement.

If a refund hasbeen approved in accordance with the requirements outlined in this policy, therefund will be provided by check.
