Government Actions
On May 14, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(2)(8); 326B.84 (2)(14); 326B.87 (2022) and Minn. Rule 2891.0040, subps. 1B and 1E (2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to only transact business, including advertising, in its licensed name; ensure that all signs, vehicles, business cards, advertising, website include the business's name and license number as the name they are licensed under. The business also agreed to ensure that all advertising is accurate and all future communications with DLI are truthful. The business will also pay $2,500.00 of a $5,000.00 fine, and Thomas Bennett of the business, will also pay $1,000.00 of a $2,000.00 fine with both of the balances stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
