"I tried to make a reservation today and was told my dogs are no longer able to go there because of a mistake made by the workers at this facility, dogs have been going there for year and last June when I dropped off my dogs I was asked there same questions I've always get asked are my dogs spayed and neutered the answer for the last 3 years had been my female is spayed and my male is intact ( not neutered) last June I dropped then off and once again I was asked about the dogs in which I replied female is spayed and the male is intact, friend then off and 2 days later picked them up nothing was said about the dogs outside my bill then about a mouth later I get a call from the owner that evidently my male impregnated a female that was in heat the owners of the pregnant female wanted my dogs papers which wasn't an issue the owner of the kennel gave the female dogs owner my info they contacted me and never came and got the papers. So I called to setup a stay for my dogs this February and was told my dogs are no longer welcome, it's because of there f*** up and not I'm the one being punished."
