    "Unfortunately I was treated very poorly at the body shop when I stopped in for an estimate 1- the man behind the desk never came to the window and asked if he could help - just asked if I had an appointment from his desk - I said no but I could ask for one - and he said “just fill out the form” so I did and he said they could help in a few minutes so I stood there about 10 minutes - never being told there was a waiting room 2- the person came out of the shop and said “let’s get you taken care of” and I followed him out to my car and told him the small paint job I needed done and he opened my car door and asked “where’s the paper work?” And I said “what paperwork” and he asked “who’s paying?" ...
