- Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, all returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the original shipment and return freight cost. If you received an incorrect or defective item, Rackfinity will assume any and all shipping costs as a result of such an error. When an item is returned, you can expect to be refunded within four weeks of the return date depending on payment method.
