"Authorized retailer installed two slabs of red quartz, one slab has darkened so it no longer matches the other it is seamed with, they came out for warranty inspt and denied the claim saying it matched when first installed so they don't feel the change in color (latent defect) is covered but the warranty language doesn't support that conclusion. They just don't want to honor their warranty, even their own inspector thought they would cover this at least in part."
