Minnesota Dept. of Labor & Industry Consent Order

On July 25, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. §§ 326B.809
(a) and 326B.84 (15) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure they obtain all required building permits before beginning residential construction work in Minnesota; all contracts with Minnesota homeowners comply with Minn. Stat. § 327A.02 (2020). The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
