BBB file contains a pattern of complaints in which consumers allege transportation provided had mechanical issues or were in poor condition and that the company refused to provide refunds when requested.
In November 2017, BBB contacted the company requesting that they address the pattern of complaints. To date, a response addressing the pattern has not been received.
