Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a cancellation policy that is specific to the vehicle type the client is booked. 

For Sedan's and SUV's we have a 2 hour (prior to the time of booked pick up time) free cancellation policy. (ANYTHING LESS THAN 2 HOURS IS A BILLABLE LATE CANCELLATION.)

For Sprinter Van's we have a 6 hour (prior to the time of booked pick up time) free cancellation policy. (ANYTHING LESS THAN 6 HOURS IS A BILLABLE LATE CANCELLATION.)

For Mini Coach Buses (28/37 passengers) we have a 24 hour (prior to the time of booked pick up time) free cancellation policy. (ANYTHING LESS THAN 24 HOURS IS A BILLABLE LATE CANCELLATION.)
