          On December 1, 2021 This company was notified by BBB that they have a pattern of complaints regarding delivery of diabetes supplies and difficulty reaching representatives by telephone to discuss the issues.  Since September 2021, the company has received 16 complaints regarding this issue. At this time the company has not responded to the complaints. As of March 3, 2022 the company has not responded to BBB request to assist in rectifying the cause of the pattern of complaints.
