Willful misrepresentation of fact by an applicant in obtaining a license. Permitting the contractor’s license to be used by an unlicensed contractor (3 counts). Problems relating to the ability of the contractor to engage in the business of contracting.  The Board decision was for the company to surrender all licenses and QP status for Curtis Huu Nguyen
