    "During my visit of inquiring about hearing aids, I contacted my ***************** while in the office with the provider and they verified an amount that would cover the cost, I was asked which credit company I would prefer to use for costs the insurance would not cover and was explained that they typically would not cover the return charge amount and this would be an estimated amount, also that the provider would reimburse me the amount the insurance paid, (BIG RED FLAG). The provider should be able to explain exactly what the insurance would cover and what I would be liable for prior to any agreement, according to my insurance I was 100% covered, but the provider failed to explain and honor the contracted discount amount from the insurance and billed me directly the full amount through the credit account." ...     "I think it is disgusting that ************ approved a free consultation from my insurance AARP UHC, and as soon as I went in to see her so said " I will not accept any referrals from this insurance company because they do not pay me. Then for 10 minutes all she talked about was going to Indianapolis to see her husband and it would cost me $6000." ... Read full review
