          After an inquiry spike in October of 2023, BBB attempted to contact US Jeans by phone, however BBB was unable to reach them. In November of 2023, we attempted to forward the company's reviews to them by mail to the following address: 211 N Pennsylvania St. Ste. 600 Indianapolis, IN 46204. BBB has since had our notices returned as "Undeliverable as Addressed." The address also shows "Temporarily Closed" online under "The USA Jeans." After further research, it appears that their phone number is associated with several other business names as well, including, but not limited to, Fullioboots and Fullioshoes. Due to insufficient information on the company and our inability to contact them at this time, BBB advises that consumers exercise caution when doing business with US Jeans. Additionally, since reviews and complaints allege that consumers have failed to receive their purchased products from the company, BBB advises that you review the business details and contact information in this profile, as US Jeans may be doing business under other names.
